By attending this course, you will learn:

- Frost with luscious whipped cream stacked with sliced strawberries
- Pipe rosettes and decorate with fresh strawberries

- Type: Full Hands-on
- Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided
*Students will work in PAIRS to bake the cake layers but will frost and decorate their own 6" Strawberry Shortcake INDIVIDUALLY.
Certificate of participation will be given once the course is completed.
