At MemaBakery, each creation is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Schedule
All deliveries are fulfilled within the selected date and time slot at checkout. We kindly ask that recipients be available to receive the order within the scheduled window.

Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are calculated based on location and will be reflected at checkout or upon order confirmation.

Recipient Availability
In the event that the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner will wait for a reasonable period. Redelivery or extended waiting time may incur additional charges. Mema Patisserie will not be responsible for any damage to the products once delivery has been attempted and completed.

Changes & Accuracy
Please ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. We are unable to accommodate changes to delivery addresses, timing, or contact details once the order has been confirmed.

Handling & Care
As our products are delicate and perishable, we advise that items be kept chilled and consumed within the recommended timeframe upon receipt. Mema Patisserie will not be liable for improper handling or storage after delivery.

Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or traffic conditions) may occasionally cause delays. We seek your understanding that such situations are beyond our control.
