1. . **Booking & Payment**
* Full payment is required to secure your slot.
* Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.
* Slots are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
### 2. **Cancellation & Changes**
* **No cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling** are allowed once your booking is confirmed.
* If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to a friend or family member (please notify us in advance).
* Memabakery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. instructor illness, venue issues). In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
### 3. **Attendance**
* Please arrive on time. We recommend coming 10 minutes early for registration and setup.
* No replacement class or refund will be given for late arrivals or no-shows.
### 4. **Workshop Content**
* Participants will learn to make **3 Nerikiri Wagashi motifs** using tools and ingredients provided.
* All materials provided are for in-class use only, unless otherwise stated.
* Finished pieces will be boxed for you to take home.
### 5. **Photos & Media**
* Photos or videos may be taken during the class are NOT allowed.
* By participating, you agree to allow your image and work to be used by Memabakery for marketing unless you opt out in writing before class.

* Please ensure hands are clean and long nails are trimmed for hygiene.
* If you are feeling unwell or have flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask you to stay home and arrange a slot transfer.
