1. What is this Rewards?

Thank you to each and everyone support. The Rewards Membership is a cardless loyalty program that allows members to instantly earn and redeem rebates (M-points) from eligible transactions on Memabakery.com website purchase.

2. How do I sign up?

To sign up, just click on https://memabakery.com/account/login

3. Is there a membership fee?

$0 fee for a start.

4. What is the duration of my membership?

Membership is valid for 12months, auto renewal. 

5. When will the $-points be credited into my account?

Points will be credited once the transaction has concluded and payment has gone through.

6. How are $-points given?

Earn 5% rebates from your nett purchases. (excluding promotional items and black-out dates)

7. Is there a minimum spend required to earn $-points?

There is no minimum spend required to earn $-points.

8. How do I redeem my $-points?

Key in the amount you want to redeem.

• Points redeemable at 100 points to $1.
• Minimum per redemption is 500 points to $5.
• Maximum per redemption is 1000 for $10 

9. How long does it take for the membership to be activated?

Membership activation is instant.

10. Is the membership transferrable and refundable?

Membership is non-transferrable and non-refundable.

11. How will my personal data be used in the program?

Member’s information and contact details are used solely for administrative and marketing purposed associated with Memabakery. These may include but are not limited to mailers, emails and SMSes.

12. When will my points be expired?

Points will be expired 1 year later. (E.g you sign up 1 Jan 2020, last day of point redemption is 31 Dec 2020.

13. Can I extend my points?

I am afraid all points will be expired unable to extend or renew.

14. How can I check my points balance?

You can check in-store or online through the Membership Rewards icon at the bottom right.

15. Can I collect points from purchases made before my membership activation?

Only transaction after membership sign-up and activation will be considered for points accrual.

16. Once code is redeemed can I cancelled?

Once you redeemed your points, you are unable to cancel.

17. If I have insufficient points, can I combine points with my family/friends to make the redemptions?

Points cannot be transferred between members or combined for use. Only one member’s account can be linked to one bill.

Rewards and Benefits

18. Do I have to redeem the e-voucher (in denomination of $10s)?

The e-vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of sign up. *No refunds or partial usage to be allowed for the e-vouchers and it is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions and e-vouchers.

20. How do I redeem my rewards/vouchers?

A discount code will be provided upon keying the amount of points you want to redeem.

Minimum redemption 500 points - $5

Maximum redemption 1000 points - $10

21. Do I get double rebates when I use other promo discounts code?

The e-vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions and e-vouchers. Hence, you do not get the double rebates.

22. Do I get the welcome vouchers if my account gets auto-renewed?

No, you will not receive the welcome vouchers.

23. Will my discount code have expiry date?

Yes, once you converted your points to cash discount code. There is a 6 months validity. It will expire automatically. You have to use it within 6months. 

24. Can I use voucher for sale items?

No, sales item are not applicable:)
