You will be learning all the tips and techniques behind how to assemble the cake in order to achieve the "checkered" design.
only 1 lesson per month available.
By attending this course, you will learn:
- How to bake both vanilla and chocolate cake sponge
- How to assemble and create checkerboard effect
- How to prepare Whipped cream
- To frost a layered cake with Chantilly cream and decorate Chocolate decor
- Duration: 3Hours
- Type: Full Hands-on
- Recommended age: 7 Years Old and Above
- Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided
*Students will work in PAIRS to bake the cake layers but will frost and decorate their own 6" cake INDIVIDUALLY

Before serving, best to store in the fridge 7 degree celsius and below.
Our Dairy free cream cakes has to be stored in the fridge , as we do not add in any sugar so they are softer and fluffier.
