Layers of sponge with a crispy bottom layer of streusel (Crunchy texture) and cassis mousse Inbetween Strawberry fruit.
Finished off with strawberries decoration on top.
Decorations: Rose.

Unsalted butter, caster sugar, eggs, flour, icing sugar, almond powder, double cream, strawberries, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla extract.
